I am a stay at home mom.
I live in Columbus, Ohio with my caring and supportive Husbie, Donnie and my lovely little one, Ara.
I went to Miami University (Oxford, OH) and The Ohio State University (O-H!) where I majored in Theatre and concentrated in Costume Design. I have always LOVED making things and stretching my creative wings.
While taking care of my baby is priority numero uno, I am also starting to pick up more and more freelance projects. While I do costume design for local theatre companies (Actors Theatre) some other projects include designing the window displays for Northwest EyeCare Professionals in Upper Arlington, participating in HighBall Halloween in the Short North and a myriad of smaller seamstress projects.
Our family also attends Capital City Church. I am a Christian and really do strive to love God and love people. As discussed on my "Why Day2Day2Mom?" page, I started this blog for many reasons but one of them definitely being a chance not only to share and keep track of what I feel are my (albeit small at times) accomplishments but also to share some of my struggles and hopefully some tidbits of encouragement too :)
Finally, I am more than this blog or other social media sites can depict but if you aren't lucky enough to know me in person ;) you can definitely feel free to converse with me via this blog or even my Pinterest or Facebook pages.
